What Is The Punishment For A Cybercrime Complaint?

Cybercrime, in general, refers to any illegal activity carried out using computers and the internet. The Indian Constitution does not include an appropriate and precise definition of cybercrime. According to the US Department of Justice, cybercrime is classified into three types: crimes against computing devices, crimes in which the computer is used as a weapon, and crimes the computer is utilized as an accessor.Cybercrime, in general, refers to any illegal activity carried out using computers and the internet. A Madhya Pradesh woman is suing her husband for divorce, claiming he took her to Ayodhya instead of Goa for their honeymoon. On January 19, she filed an application with the Bhopal Family Court, stating that her spouse is currently employed in the IT industry and makes a nice living. The husband's failure to notify his wife about his plans to book flights to Ayodhya and Varanasi led to the problems. The wife said that her spouse looked after her family members better than she did. Counselling is currently being provided to the couple at the Bhopal Family Court.
